Training is vital to winning wars. If the members of your team can't reliably hit the opposing players, your team would lose. This article focuses on training and practice for your team.

At the start of your team's training session, you should start by picking a weapon for each person. Have your team members test out several different weapons and choose one or two that they like. They should set these weapons aside. Next, you need to have each person select a position. Tell them what positions are available and let them pick for themselves. However, don't be afraid to "help" them. For example, an athletic person should be the scout, while a stronger person should be a heavy weapons user. Have your teammates adjust their weapon selections accordingly. Now, you need to have your team members try out the weapons that they selected initially and choose a main weapon and a backup weapon. You should have your teammates put on all their gear and strap their weapons on. Then make sure that they aren't weighted down. Next, make a target. A circle is a good shape. Make sure that it has a small "bull's eye" that has a diameter of 6 inches or less. have your men fire at the target one at a time (or if you're so inclined, make multiple targets and have everyone do it at the same time) and make sure that they hit the bull's eye at least once per five shots. Have everyone keep practicing to bring their accuracy up. After that, have your team get into groups of two. Include yourself. If there is an odd amount of people, one person should sit out a round. Give one person in each group a weapon. When you say "go", the person with the gun should fire at the unarmed person until the weapon is dry. Then the players switch. This teaches dodging and accuracy. Now, it's time for your team's first battle. Divide your team into two groups. Choose bases for them and have them play a one-hit-kills skirmish. When this is done, the training is complete.
